The portable terminal apparatus T is provided with: a radio part 111 for authentication for performing radio communication with a key K; a slot allocation storage part 112 for setting any one of a plurality of time slots configuring one frame in association with the key K, and for setting a frame whose radio communication is permitted with the key K among the plurality of frames; and an authentication control part 113 for controlling a radio part 111 for authentication to perform radio communication with the key K in the time slot associated with the key K among the plurality of time slots configuring the frame whose radio communication is permitted.
