To solve a problem that a user cannot have asked a support center for instructions at a date and time when the user uses a mobile electronic device most frequently because of a limit of inquiry date and time when the user has doubts about operations of the mobile electronic device and makes a phone inquiry to the support center.
The mobile electronic device operation support system is provided with an information storage device 16 that is installed to a support center via a public channel where a mobile electronic device 11 possessed by the user is connected by using a user device 12, the user receives information with respect to operation instructions of the mobile electronic device 11 possessed by the user from the information storage device 16 via the user device 12 and the public channel, and a display section provided to the user device 12 or the mobile electronic device 11 displays the information.
