Abstract:
To allow Automatic Neighbor Relation (ANR) to effectively function even when small cells of Home Node B and Home eNode B are crowded.
Mobile equipment 300 reports cell information including settings of neighboring cells to an RNC100 based on notification information received from the neighboring cells. The mobile equipment 300 determines the neighboring cell to be reported to the RNC100 based on information of the cell to be reported including at least the type of the neighboring cell to be reported to the RNC100, and reports the cell information to the RNC100 based on the notification information received from the determined neighboring cell.
