In the inside of a covered automobile 10 in which an inside communication entrance 40 is arranged on a vehicle body side face, office supplies are availably arranged. On the vehicle body side face of a covered connection vehicle 20 for traction only, a plurality of inside communication entrances 40 are arranged. In the inside of a covered equipment vehicle 30 in which an inside communication entrance 40 is arranged on the vehicle body side face, at least one of a generator, an air conditioner, a bathroom, a lavatory, kitchen equipment is installed. The covered automobile 10, the covered connection vehicle 20, and the covered equipment vehicle 30 are suitably combined to one another, and a floor plate 60 is laid over between the inside communication entrances 40, so that communication between the vehicles can be accomplished. In addition, a passage part, is covered by means of a hood 50.
