A voice recognition part 4 and a dictionary retrieval/translation processing part 7 discriminates between the meaning of words spoken at a microphone 5 and that of words spoken by a speech partner, and the result thereof is displayed on a display part 10 while it is outputted as voice from a voice output part 11. Further, the words spoken at the microphone 5 and the words of the speech partner are translated into another language, and the result thereof is displayed on the display part 10 while it is outputted as voice from the output part 11, and moreover it is transmitted toward a radio base station device 20. Furthermore, data key-inputted from a key button 6 are converted into voice data, further, converted into an analog signal and outputted as voice from the output part 11, and further, transmitted toward the station device 20.
