The mobile phone 10 has a mobile phone wireless section 32 that makes wireless communication with other mobile phone, a reception section 48 that receives wireless data from other data communication unit, a transmission section 46 that transmits wireless data to the other data communication unit, a power controller 44 that is connected to the transmission section 46 to control a communication available distance of the transmission section 46, and a memory section 70 that is connected to the reception section 48 to store data received from the other data communication unit. The mobile phone wireless section 32 uses the data stored in the memory section 70 and received via the reception section 48 to make wireless communication with the other mobile phone.
