The mobile phone 11 is characterized in that the mobile phone 11 includes the transceiver 117 performing electric field communication and the computer 118 controlling electric field communication, the display unit 111 is a movable unit to slide or rotate with respect to the operation unit 110, and the signal electrode 113 for electric field communication and the ground electrode 114 are installed in the positions electrically facing each other on a surface or inside of the display unit for connection with the transceiver.
