PURPOSE: To provide a mobile rack device which has simple setup structure and in which the manhour in installation is small.

CONSTITUTION: In a rack device, the lower-side frames 16 where wheels and wheels are arranged at specified intervals, coupling frames, which couple the lower-side frames in right and left direction, and strut 27, which supports a goods storage shelf, are made of sheet metal processing material. Moreover, mounting holes 29, 30, and 31 are provided, respectively, in superposing and fastening parts. And, with the lower-side frames 16 as the lower stage, the coupling frames are laid thereon, and further struts 27b are laid on them as the uppermost stage. And, the mounting holes 29, 30, and 31 are aligned, and a nut plate 28 is inserted into the cur aperture 16b lying at the side of the lower-side frame 16, and a bolt 32 is screwed into the nut plate 28 from the topside of the mounting hole 31, thus they are assembled simply and firmly.
