To maintain expected communication quality by stabilizing change of an antenna gain even when having a housing whose shape changes.
A mobile radio terminal device having a housing which can change at least into a first shape and a second shape whose antenna gain is relatively higher than that of the first shape comprises: transmission means for transmitting a radio signal amplified with a set gain; shape detection means for detecting the shape of the housing; transmission gain control means for setting a preset first gain to the transmission means in the case that the shape of the housing is the first shape and setting a second gain which is lower than the first gain to the transmission means in the case that the shape of the housing is the second shape, based on a detection result of the shape detection means; and temperature detection means for detecting temperature. The transmission gain control means sets the second gain to the transmission means in the case that the temperature being equal to or more than a threshold is detected, even when the shape of the housing is the first shape.
