Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station, a mobile communication system, and a network device, capable of achieving proper origination restrictions in line with an intention of an operator for each service.SOLUTION: An MMTEL function part 120 of UE 100, in a case where it is determined that origination of a VoLTE call is possible on the basis of an ssac-BarringForMMTEL-Voice, transmits a Bearer Request to an NAS function part 170. In responce to the Bearer Request, the NAS function part 170 transmits a Service Request to an RRC function part 190. In responce to the Service Request, the RRC function part 190, on the basis of an ac-BarringForMO-Data or a Tbarring, transmits an RRC Connection Request to a mobile communication network 200 without determining possibility/impossibility of the origination of the VoLTE call.
