The mobile station 1009a, which can be connected to a 1st communication system managing service areas by Area1a to Area1d and a 2nd communication system managing service areas by Area2a to Area2d, includes: a 1st radio communication section 110 which receives 1st notice information capable of specifying a presence area corresponding to the 1st communication system and adjacent areas; a 2nd radio communication section 120 which receives 2nd notice information capable of specifying a presence area corresponding to the 2nd communication system and adjacent areas; and a communication system selection section 140 which selects a communication system to be communicated with from the 1st communication system and 2nd communication system based upon the 1st notice information or 2nd notice information.
