When fuel replenishment is required because the residual capacity of a fuel cell 200 is small in the middle of processing of an application, a cellphone body 1 (a main control part 10) detects unplugging of a fuel tank 22 by an unplugging sensor 221, and the internal state of a device concerning processing is stored in a nonvolatile memory 12 in cooperation with a suspension control part 13 to cut off the power source. The power source is input again in cooperation with a resumption control part 14 when detecting the completion of fuel injection by the unplugging sesor 221, and the stored internal state is accessed to resume suspended processing.
