To provide a model car race toy, where a travel line is not evenly defined by continuous travel line guides and is changed via remote operation, the model car race toy being closer to real traveling than conventional model car race toys, where model cars travel in parallel along travel line guides continuously provided on a travel course to compete only for speed.SOLUTION: A model car race toy closer to real traveling is provided by intermittently and fragmentally distributing and arranging travel line guides on a travel course, where a travel line can be selected by changing a travel line guide to be taken next from one travel line guide via remote operation of driving force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
