A horizontal wiring duct 5 having an upward locking part 10 at the lower end is provided on the counter surface of a rear part in right and left leg bodies, and a downward locking part 13d formed at the upper end of a bracket 13 in the vertical direction is locked to the upward locking part 10 of the wiring duct 5. Further, the lower end part of the bracket 13 is fixed to the inner surface of the leg body 2 with screws 18, and the modesty panel 6 is locked and attached to the right and left brackets 13 by locking means 15 and 26 provided on the upper and lower parts of the opposed surface of the right and left brackets 13 and both side surfaces of the modesty panel 6.
