Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide modified cellulose nanofiber excellent in heat resistance, and a composite resin composition and a compact using the same.SOLUTION: The modified cellulose nanofiber is formed by reacting cellulose nanofiber with a compound represented by the general formula (1) defined by (R)(R)M(OR), where Rand Rare each independently an organic group; Ris a C1-C6 alkyl group or an aryl group; M is Al, La, Nb, Sn, Ta, Ti, Zn or Zr; a and b are each independently an integer between 0 and 2; c is an integer equal to or greater than 1; and a+b+c=(valence of M) is satisfied.
