Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a modified polyolefin excellent in the adhesion with a metal or polar resin and meltability resistance, and a thermoplastic resin composition or adhesive resin composition comprising the polyolefin.
SOLUTION: The polyolefin is obtained by performing the graft polymerization of (A) a polyolefin obtained by the polymerization of ethylene and one or more kinds of olefins selected from 3-20C α-olefins and (B) an alicyclic epoxy group-containing ethylene unsaturated monomer of 0.01-50 wt.% which has at least one specified structure.
