Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain modified powder exhibiting little color change by wetting and having excellent adhesive power and obtain a cosmetic having excellent durability.
CONSTITUTION: This modified powder is produced by mixing 100 pts.wt. of powder with 30-60 pts.wt. of methylhydrogenpolysiloxane and subjecting the mixture to the primary heat-treatment at 80-130°C for 0.5-4hrs and to the secondary heat-treatment for 1-12hrs at a temperature higher than the primary heat- treatment temperature and between 110°C and 200°C. The cosmetic is obtained by compounding the modified powder.
