Abstract:
To provide an assembly method for a module type stern duct reducing cost, design, and manufacturing period, etc., as compared to a conventional one, a module type stern duct, and a vessel.SOLUTION: An assembly method for a stern duct 20 provided in front of a propeller 2 provided on stern of a vessel 1 includes: a step 1 preparing a plurality types of modules 21, 22 dividing the stern duct 20 into a plurality of parts to be capable of application to a plurality of vessels; a step 2 for specifying an object vessel; a step 3 for determining a shape of the stern duct 20 appropriate for the vessel specified in the step 2; a step 4 for selecting the plurality of types of modules 21, 22 from the plurality of types of modules 21, 22 matching the shape determined in the step 3; and a step 5 for completing the stern duct 20 by assembling the plurality of modules 21, 22 selected in the step 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
