PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module, a radio communication device, and a radar device that can make the size of a substrate where a plurality of antenna elements are arranged smaller.SOLUTION: A module includes: a dielectric substrate; one or more electric-field antenna elements formed on one or more conductive layers included in the dielectric substrate and having a longer shape in an electric field direction of a radio wave to be radiated; and one or more magnetic-field antenna elements formed on the one or more conductive layers and having a longer shape in a magnetic field direction of a radio wave radiated by the one or more electric-field antenna elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
