Abstract:
PURPOSE: To solder a wire conductor to a printed circuit board, insert a pin connector of a microswitch into an opening of the board and solder, prevent the generation of the electric strain between the wire conductor and the pin connector, and fix them to the inside of a breaker. CONSTITUTION: A wire conductor 32 for electrically connecting a bell alarm unit additionally has a strain reducing friction by arranging a printed circuit board 50 made of an insulating glass fiber synthetic material. The board 50 has an opening 51 for inserting a pin connector 49 which vertically stands from the upper surface on the opposite side to a return spring 35 of a microswitch 38. By inserting the connector 49 into the opening part 51 and soldering, the conductor 32 whose end part 53 is soldered is connected to the connector 49 through a conducting pod 52. A microswitch sub-assembly 38' is capsuled by a plastic material so as to form the bell alarm unit.
