To reduce a part stock quantity by constituting a prosthesis system of a shin bone plateau, a shin bone inserting body part, and multiple module type constituent elements which constitute a shin bone supporting-inserting device by being combined with the body part.
A shin bone plateau 12 having an engaging surface 14 on the top and a bone engaging surface 16 on the bottom, is provided, and an attaching stem 18 is provided on the distal end side of the engaging surface 16, and thus, a constituent part 10 is constituted. Then, on the upper surface section 14 of the shin bone plateau 12, the bottom surface section 16 of a shin bone supporting-inserting device 20 is attached by engaging. On the inserting device 20, an upper bonding surface 22 is provided, and at least one recess section 24 which is bonded to the bone head element of a fumur constituent part, is provided. The shin bone supporting-inserting device 20 is formed of a shin bone inserting body part, and module type constituent elements under a spacer plug configuration. That is, the shin bone supporting-inserting device 20 is formed by fixing the spacer plug in a cavity section which is formed on the bottom surface section of the shin bone inserting body part. By this constitution, the part stock can be reduced.
