Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a dried heat source at stabilized temperature to a dryer. SOLUTION: There are provided a dryer 3 for drying a water-containing waste while employing a heat medium as a dried heat source, and a processing furnace 5 for incinerating or melting a dried waste dried by the drier 3. Upon a hot medium having been used by the drier 3 being heated by heat exchange with waste gas from the processing furnace 5 and again being circulated and supplied to the drier 3, there are provided an auxiliary furnace 12 for combusting a fuel to produce auxiliary heating waste gas, and an auxiliary heater 11 for auxiliarily heating the heat medium heated by heat exchange with waste gas from the processing furnace by indirect heat exchange with the auxiliarily heated waste gas from the foregoing auxiliary furnace.
