To provide a moisture-curable composition which has good curability and storage stability and, after cured, exhibits excellent light resistance and adhesivity.

The moisture-curable composition contains (A) an aliphatic urethane prepolymer having not less than two isocyanate groups in the molecule, (B) an adhesivity imparting agent and (C) an oxazolidine-based compound. The adhesivity imparting agent (B) is a reaction product of an aliphatic urethane prepolymer having not less than two isocyanate groups in the molecule and a silane coupling agent having a secondary amine. The adhesivity imparting agent (B) amounts to 1-50 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the aliphatic urethane prepolymer (A). The equivalent ratio of the oxazolidine-based compound (C) to the active hydrogen generated by the hydrolysis of the oxazolidine-based compound (C) and the aggregate of the isocyanate groups of the aliphatic urethane prepolymer (A) and the adhesivity imparting agent (B) is 0.4-4.0.
