To obtain a moisture-curing type urethane composition that causes no foam in a coating film when cured, shows excellent hardenability, heat resistance, high retention of physical properties causing no abnormal appearance on the coating film even when dipped in an alkali water solution.

The moisture-curing type urethane composition comprises (A) a urethane polymer that contains polyoxyalkylene chains in the molecule and bears at least two isocyanate groups on the chain terminals, (B) a urethane compound that bears (b1) a urethane prepolymer that contains a polyoxyalkylene polymer in the molecule and bears at least two isocyanate groups on the chain terminals and/or and/or a urethane compound having at least one oxazolidine group at a terminal of a compound obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate (b2) and an N-2-hydroxyalkyloxazolidine (b3) and (C) a mixture of terephthalic acid microfine particles more than 90 % wt. of which have particle size of less than 106 μm and whose average particle size is 1 to 60 μm with an alkylene polyol.
