Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyol for moisture-permeable polyurethane resin and a polyurethane resin obtained by using the polyol and suitable for a moisture-permeable raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided polyol for moisture-permeable polyurethane resin that is a polymerization reaction product (C) having glycol (B) of 0 to 2.5 wt.% based on dioxolane (A) and is represented by the formula (1). The polyol for moisture-permeable polyurethane resin has number average molecular weight (Mn) in a range of 500 to 6000. A polyurethane resin obtained by a reaction of the polyol for moisture-permeable polyurethane resin and organic polyisocyanate is a moisture-permeable raw material having sufficient hardness and excellent in moisture-permeability even when being thin. Rto Rare H or a methyl group, X is a C1 to 9 alkyl group, m is an integer of 6 to 60 and n is an integer of 0 to 32.SELECTED DRAWING: None
