To provide a moisture-permeable waterproof fabric hardly condensing dew from the moisture on a coating face or a laminated face of a fabric, and capable of maintaining a dry feeling hardly causing sticky feeling when wearing the fabric.
This moisture-permeable waterproof fabric excellent in properties for preventing dew formation is characterized in that the fiber fabric is constituted by using a moisture-absorbing and releasing synthetic fiber which is a synthetic fiber comprising a water-absorbing and releasing component and a fiber-forming polymer, and has ≥1.5 wt.% rate of water absorption when the synthetic fiber after accomplishing the equilibrium water content under an environmental condition of 25°C×60%RH is left to stand still under an environmental condition of 34°C×90%RH for 30 min, and ≥2 wt.% rate of water-release when the synthetic fiber accomplishing the equilibrium water content under the condition of 34°C×9O%RH is left to stand still under the condition of 25°C×60%RH for 30 min, and has a resin layer comprising a synthetic polymer consisting essentially of a polyurethane resin formed on the fiber fabric.
