PURPOSE: To provide a water-removing apparatus which is operated at a low cost without causing environmental pollution and without giving bad influence upon the steel in a furnace by making cold water by the oepration of an absorption refrigerator with heat of blast furnace top gas or of waste gas from a air heating furnace, and by removing the moisture of hot blast fed to the blast furmace from the air heating furnace with this cold water.
