Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold apparatus capable of simultaneously molding two or more molded products having different sizes.
SOLUTION: In the mold apparatus for molding resin products comprising a pair of opposed molds 30, 50 capable of approaching and separating, molding surfaces 32, 34, 52, 54 provided in the molds 30, 50 for cooperatively forming molding cavities and a resin passage 70 provided in the mold 30 to guide molten resin injected from an injecting machine to the cavities; the two or above cavities C16, C26 having different volumes are provided in the molds 30, 50, respectively. Since two or above different resin products can be simultaneously molded by the single mold apparatus, a production efficiency of the product is improved, and a manufacturing cost is reduced. An installing space of a molding facility such as the apparatus can be reduced.
