Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress occurrence of a cloud by automatically increasing or decreasing to supply an air of a pressure limited to an optimum in response to a load in the case of releasing from a disk molding base plate, thereby smoothly operating the air without interruption on the way of releasing.
SOLUTION: A melted resin is injection charged from a nozzle of an injection unit urged to a sprue bush 12 in a formed cavity 10. A disk board in the cavity 10 advances a male cutter 23 during cooling to engage the bush 12 to open a center of the disk. Thereafter, airs of predetermined pressures are introduced from a pneumatic equipment 7 to a fixed side air diffusing passage 8, a movable side air diffusing passage 20 and, as required, an outer peripheral air diffusing passage 18 for a predetermined time at a suitable time until a movable mold 30 is released from a fixed mold 31 and opened. And, an ejector sleeve 22 is advanced to release the disk molding board from a cavity surface 17 and a stamper surface 26.
