Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that cracks, whitening and flaws are generated by applying a deviated force on a cap and a resistance to sliding is generated between a core pin and an ejector pin as the rotating action influences on the core pin arranged inside of the ejector pin, so that they can not smoothly work.
SOLUTION: In a mold apparatus in which a cavity part for forming an outer shape part of a molded article, a core pin part for forming a hollow part in the molded article and the ejector pin for releasing the molded article from a mold are arranged, a guide wall covering at least a part of the molded article from the outside is formed on the apex part of the ejector pin. In addition, in the mold apparatus in which the cavity part for forming the outer shape part of the molded article, the core pin part for forming the hollow part in the molded article and the ejector pin for releasing the molded article from the mold are arranged, an inner wall face with the same shape as the outer shape of an end part of the molded article is formed on the inner shape part of the apex of the ejector pin.
