Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a quality of a molding good by associating a valve mechanism for on-off controlling of the air to an air nozzle with a mold for injection molding, thereby reducing a release unevenness to a fine value.
SOLUTION: Air passages 31, 32 are respectively opened over a movable side mounting plate 21 and a back plate 22. The passage 32 is connected to an air passage 33 formed at a guide sleeve 29 via a valve mechanism 50. An air nozzle 37 is formed as a ring nozzle having an outer diameter of the sleeve 29 as a ring diameter. A protrusion valve disc 55 is provided at an end of the mechanism 50, pushed against to the mechanism 50 to close the mechanism 50. A distance from the disc 55 to the nozzle 37 is very short, and a channel volume therebetween is small. Here, when the disc 55 is switched from a closed state to an open state to open the mechanism 50, the air is fully filled in a channel space, and the air of a predetermined pressure is injected from the nozzle 37 without time. Thus, there is no time delay to prevent occurrence of a release unevenness and to eliminate a fear of damaging the molding.
