Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the fine powder produced by the abrasion of a resin ring from penetrating into a cavity and reduce the happening of a defective product to enhance the yield of a product.
CONSTITUTION: A discharge mechanism consisting of suction ports 29, a discharge passage 30 and an air ejector or a pump is provided to at least one of the mating surfaces 16A, 25A of a fixed mold and a movable mold. Even when a fine powder is produced by the abrasion of the resin ring 27 interposed between the mating surfaces 16A, 25A, the fine powder is discharged to the outside of the molds by the discharge mechanism 31 provided to the fine powder producing place. Therefore, the fine powder can be prevented from penetrating into a cavity 3 and the mixing of a molded product with impurities is eliminated and, as a result, the happening of molding inferiority is reduced and the yield of the product is enhanced.
