Abstract:
To prevent flow of a surface coat material into a solar cell arranging part when a roof tile made of a resin having a solar cell embedded therein is molded to eliminate the waste of the surface coat material.
In the structure of a mold for molding the roof tile made of the resin, an inclined surface or a projection is provided to the mold corresponding to the boundary position of an exposure peripheral part (3) and a central recessed part (2) in which a solar electricity generating cell is embedded to prevent the surface coat material (8) from flowing in the central recessed part (2). Only the exposure peripheral part (3) is coated with the surface coat material (8).
