PURPOSE: To improve punching ability by providing punching pins at the same corresponding places of green sheet single bodies, providing piercingly and simultaneously through-holes one by one, and realizing the simultaneous piercing provision of through-holes at the respective green sheet single bodies by means of one time punching.

CONSTITUTION: When a blank sheet 1 is mounted on a lower mold 3 and an upper mold 2 is moved downward by means of a drive device, a stripper 6 connected to a pin plate 5 through a spring 9 first comes into contact with the surface of the blank sheet 1. When the upper mold 2 is descended farther in this state, punch pins 4 protrude through the punch pin holes of the stripper 6 against the spring 9, and fall into the state of being inserted into the punch pin holes 8... of the lower mold 3, and through-holes 7... are provided piercingly and simultaneously at the four green sheet single bodies (a) of the blank sheet 1. Afterwards, the mold 3 is moved on the basis of a predetermined pattern, and by repeating the action, a predetermined through-hole pattern can be piercingly provided.
