To provide a mold releasing device which facilitates a layout inside a mold, and which can easily adjust individual displacement magnitudes.
This mold releasing device is provided with an ejector pin 12 which is slidably supported in a fixed mold 33 so as to protrude from/recede into a cavity C along a prescribed mold-releasing direction, and an ejector plate 13 which transfers extrusion displacement, brought about by a driving unit, to the ejector pin. The ejector pin is engaged with the ejector plate via a locking pin 18 capable of elastically receding. When the displacement magnitude regulated by a stopper 14 is exceeded, the locking pin 18 is disconnected so that only the ejector plate can be displaced, and the ejector pin is stopped in that position.
