Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of manufacturing a resin molded body of a hollow structure with a complex inside shape, a manufacturing method of a resin molded body, an organ model and a heart model.SOLUTION: A mold consists of an outer die and a core, which are able to be divided into a plurality, and the core is fixed via gaps with an inner wall of the outer die in an inner space of the outer die. A liquid resin is injected into the gaps formed between the inner wall of the outer die and the core and filled in the inner space. A filled and fixed resin molded body can provide an organ model high in shape accuracy, dimensional accuracy and thickness accuracy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
