PURPOSE: To provide a mold for molding a resin reducing a manufacturing process along with the use amt. of paint to enable the reduction of cost and capable of avoiding the adverse effect of dust on environment.

CONSTITUTION: A suede-like paint layer 7 is formed on a male mold main body 1b by coating and a protective film layer 8 preventing the penetration of release agent layers 9, 10 is formed on the paint layer 7 and the release agent layers 9, 10 are formed on the protective film layer 8 to produce a female mold for molding a resin having a suedelike surface shape provided thereto by the male mold main body 1b and a FRP ship is produced by the female mold.
