Abstract:
To provide a mold for an extrusion molding machine capable of reducing the use of a mold release agent and, even if being molding raw material having viscosity, capable of uniform discharge at a desired speed, and a method for producing the mold.SOLUTION: A mold 20 is composed by combining a lower mold 21 and an upper mold 23 separated vertically and is provided with an opening part 22 for forming the shape of a molding 3. Raw material is extruded in the same shape of the opening part 22 to form the outer form of the discharged molding 3. The surface of the mold 20 forming the outer shape of the molding 3 is provided with fine ruggedness at the lower mold surface part 27 of the lower mold 21 and the upper mold surface part 26 of the upper mold 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
