PURPOSE: To improve gas barrier efficiency and moisture permeance resistance by a method wherein thermoplastic resin layer made of film in specified composition and thickness is provided respectively to the internal and external surfaces of an aluminum foil, and a lminate material made of aluminum foil in specified thickness is molded by stretching.
CONSTITUTION: A container A, molded by stretching out of a laminate including an aluminum foil 2, is sealed off with a cover B, on which an aluminum foil 5 is laminated. Gas barrier efficiency is in proportion at least to the product of the inside diameter D2 and the outside diameter D1 of the flange of the container, and is in inverse proportion to the seal width L on the flange. A thermoplastic resin layer 3 made of biaxially oriented film in 12-50μm thickness is provided to the outside of the aluminum foil 2, and a thermoplastic resin layer 1 made of thermoplastic resin film in thickness less than 50μm including an adhesive resin layer is provided to the inside of the aluminum foil 2. Then, the laminate material made of aluminum foil in 15-150μm thickness is molded by stretching.
