Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method where a molding plate provided with hollow holes is press-molded to form a step part, in which the amount of clay moving upon the press molding is suppressed to suppress the deformation of the step part from a shape following the mold of a press.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a molding plate comprising: a first step where a planar molding plate 10 having a plurality of hollow holes 23 in parallel each other at the inside and made of clay is formed; and a second step where the edge parts of the molding plate 10 corresponding to the edge parts of the respective hollow holes 23 are partially crushed with a press to form a step part 16. Then, before the second step, a third step where the clay at the part corresponding to the step part 16 at the edge parts of the molding plate 10 is removed to form a tilted cut part 10K is formed is provided. In the third step, at the point of time before the third step, provided that the amount of the clay at the part corresponding to the step part 16 at the edge parts of the molding plate 10 is defined as A, the amount of the clay required for forming the step part 16 at the edge parts of the molding plate 10 is defined as B, and the amount of the clay required for clogging the edge parts of the respective hollow holes 23 is defined as C, the clay of the amount equivalent to A-(B+C) is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
