Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a molding apparatus having washing function capable of performing washing without using a harmful solvent.
CONSTITUTION: A resin melting tank 2, a primary mixing tank 3 adding and mixing a filler, a secondary mixing tank 4 adding and mixing a curing agent, a casting tank 5 and a melting storage tank 6 storing a main agent resin used in molding in a molten state are provided. Further, mechanisms 18, D, 19, E sending the molten main agent resin stored in the melting storage tank 6 into the secondary mixing tank 4 at the time of washing and mechanisms 21, F, 23, 24 recovering the molten main agent resin from the washing resin mixture obtained after washing by filtering to again return the same to the melting storage tank are provided. The main agent resin is held to a molten state at uniform temp. in the melting storage tank 6.
