PURPOSE: To make it possible to sense the completion of material pouring and to execute surely the material supply at high pressure after the completion of pouring, by putting into a runner leading to the molding part of a mold a pouring nozzle for material such as synthetic resin in such free state where it slides upwards and downwards and reciprocals with inversion, and by detecting rotational torque at the time of reciprocal inversion.
CONSTITUTION: A pouring nozzle 4A for material in a state of insertion into a runner 3 is supported by the end of the cylinder rod of a fluid pressure cylinder 6A. Here the required amount of material such as synthetic resin is poured into a molding part 2 from the material tank 7 through a material supply hose 5 whose on-off valve 8 is opened. Then after pouring, the on-off valve is actuated to close and material pouring is stopped. Thereafter pressure in the molding part is retained by lifting the pouring nozzle with the operation of the fluid pressure cylinder 6A. Additionally, by the reciprocal inversion of the pouring nozzle, a displacement detecting-and-displaying part 12 senses rotational torque and the status of gelation is disclosed. After confirmation of required condition, the mold is released by lowering the pouring nozzle with the fluid pressure cylinder.
