Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding device of a door grip and a grip cover constituted by clicking and fixing the grip cover and a grip base divided in two in the thickness direction of the grip which is devised to reduce weight of the grip cover, to improve outer appearance and to improve a demolding property at the time of molding.
SOLUTION: Weight is decreased, outer appearance is improved and productivity is also improved by eliminating a thickened part and a gas channel hollow part by providing under-cut parts 33 on both side flanges 32 of the grip cover 30 and clicking and fixing the grip base 40 on an engagement click 41 by making use of this under-cut part 33. Additionally, as the demolding property is improved by making use of the under-cut part 33 of the grip cover 30, it is possible to smoothly carry out demolding by making use an effective deflection property by the under-cut parts 33 of the both side flanges 32 of the grip cover 30 under a two stage push-up method of a direct push-up piece 60 and an ejector pin 70 on the molding device 50 furnished with a cavity mold 51 and a core mold 52.
