PURPOSE: To make the title device so that neither an elliptic hole nor a crack is generated on light-weight cellular concrete by constituting the vicinity of the final end of a band plate in a gradually opening state from a width of a molded body.
CONSTITUTION: A molded semi-cured body is put on a horizontal band plate 1 and its side part is moved in the direction of an arrow while the side part is being gripped by a cap 4 into a groove provided in a side band plate 2. Then since the side band plate is in a gradually opening state after a position of a guide roll 5, the cap 4 is separated gradually from the groove provided in the side band plate 2 and neither a crack nor peeling off is generated. When a gradually opening angle is too great in the case where the side band plate is made into the gradually opening state, impact force to be generated at the time of pulling apart is great: it is meaningless to make the side band plate in the gradually opening state; on the contrary when the angle is too acute, it is not preferable since the whole length of the band plate becomes too long. Therefore, it is appropriate to adopt the opening of about 1/300/1/50(m).
