Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture with good yield and efficiently synthetic resin foam molded products such as cushion pads for automobile seat back pads and the like and other automobile interior materials without foaming cell dry spots, cell breakage and the like in a manner of forming the good appearance, of high expansion ratio and low density in which the generation of flashes is reduced as much as possible.
SOLUTION: In a molding die provided with a mold main body 1 and a suction pipe 27 communicated with a cavity 8 of the mold main body 1, connected with a vacuum pump 28 having a suction pipe with a suction valve 27 positioned thereon and exhausting air in the cavity 8 out of the suction pipe 27 to reduce the pressure in the cavity 8, an air suction valve 26a of wide diameter and an air suction valve 26b of narrow diameter are interposed in series to be interchangeable each other as air suction valves 26 on the air suction pipe 27, and air in the cavity 8 is exhausted through the suction valve 16a of wide diameter, and the exhaustion of air is changed over to the suction valve 26b of narrow diameter after the inside of the cavity 8 reaches the given set degree of pressure reduction.
