Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device of molding a wide green sheet with a uniform thickness from high viscosity ceramic slurry at high precision.SOLUTION: Provided is a device for molding a wide green sheet with a uniform thickness from high viscosity ceramic slurry by a doctor blade method, comprising: a first storage part 10 in which a feed pipe 15 is opened to front side walls 9, and further, the bottom wall 12 is provided with a pair of first inclined planes 12b, 12b in which both the sides of the feed pipe 15 are high; a slit 2 communicated over the whole width to the upper edge part of the first storage part 10; a second inclined plane 13 located at the downstream of the slit 2; and a second storage part 14 contacted with the second inclined plane 13, and the inclined plane α1 of the first storage inclined planes 12b, 12b is set in such a manner that the flow velocity distribution of the ceramic slurry is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
