PURPOSE: To manufacture a uniform and high speed blow orientation molded pipe, by a method wherein a laser ray is led from the inside of a duct provided within polyester pipe, a part of the inner circumference of the pipe is heated concentrically and blow orientation is made by fixing an orientation point.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature of an unorientation polyester pipe 1 extruded from an extrusion molding machine is adjusted to a temperature a little lower than an appropriate temperature for orientation. As for a blow orientating device, a laser ray is concentrated to a fixed width on the inner circumference of the polyester pipe by a ray path converter 5 of the laser ray provided in a duct 6 positioned within the polyester pipe 1 and heated to an orientatable temperature. In addition to the above, the polyester pipe is orientated by blowing compressed gas having orientatable pressure through a gas blow hole 4 of the duct 6.
