Abstract:
PURPOSE: To immediately remove a uniform product from a form by a method wherein a face pallet is placed on a vibration baseplate, the baseplate is raised, a concrete is supplied, the face pallet is pressed up, and the concrete is compacted by compression between the face pallet and a press plate, compression between side faces, and composite vibration of a form vibration and an independent vibration from a bottom face.
CONSTITUTION: A face pallet P is placed on a vibration base plate 5. The vibration base plate 5 is raised by a cylinder 7 and stopped at the bottom of a form 4. A concrete is supplied into the form 4. At the same time, an upper press bar 19 is lowered, a disc 16 is pressed out, and the top surface of the concrete is pressed down to a position (b) by a lower press plate 15. Simultaneously, the face pallet P is raised to a position (b). The face pallet P being independently vibrated presses up the concrete from below to compress the same. During this operation, both side faces 8 of the form 4 advance close to each other to compress the concrete from both sides. After that, the product is immediately removed from the form. Therefore, all the concrete material is uniformly vibrated and pressed, thus being compacted without voids.
