Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a mask which saves trouble of coloring after molding by printing before molding and allows reduction of the work time and work costs.SOLUTION: A molding method of a mask comprises photographing a face part 11 to create face original model data 13, forming a face original model 15 by a solid molding apparatus 6 on the basis of the face original model data 13, molding a grid face original model 17 by adhering a grid plastic sheet 16 to the face original model 15 and acquiring face photographing data 21 by drawing contour lines 18 along the contours of the grid face original model 17, creating face correction front-face data 22 by correcting distortion of the gride of the face photographing data 21, forming face printing data 29 by matching front-face image data 12a of the face part 11 to the face correction front-face data 22 and making necessary changes the shape, printing a face image 31 on a plastic sheet 30 on the basis of the face printing data 29 and making a mask 10 by adhering the plastic sheet 30 to the face original model 15.
