Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a molding method for a raw tire for a regenerated tire which can shorten the molding time to improve productivity.
CONSTITUTION: This molding method for a raw tire in which a belt-shaped tread 4 made from a vulcanized rubber is stuck on the buff surface of a base tire 1, which is adjusted by buffing the tread part of a used tire, to form a raw tire is provided with a process in which the tread 4 is fed and transferred to a heating chamber 10 and a sticking process in which the transferred tread 4 is supplied to the base tire 1 and, after being cut in a prescribed length for winding, is stuck on the buff surface of the base tire 1.
